Dan, would it be politically ok for President Biden to call Justice Breyer into the Oval for a “meeting” tangentially related to this matter?

What can ''we" do about it? Who do we call/write to/lobby? Ideas?

Wholy Cr*p. What a daisy-chain of consequences. I do hope some of the people in Power have thought this far ahead. My gawd.

Random question about running polls: when a poll asks a question and finds, for example, that “86 percent of Republicans believe Trump actually received more votes than Biden,” does the pollster end the poll by sharing the factual information (in this case, the final vote tallies for Biden and Trump)? Or do they just say “thanks for your time” and hang up? Thereby allowing the respondent to continue holding incorrect beliefs?

We needed something else to worry about. Thanks for that, Dan.......... Seriously though you always give good and well thought out info.

Let's hope your magic works on this like it did on ending the Schumer/Mitch Senate sharing rules debacle.

After seeing R's at work recently surely Breyer knows what to do????

Let's see where his ego takes him.

Get the main administration jobs confirmed. Get Vaccines rollout accelerated. Get Stimulus done. Get Impeachment finished. Then Breyer. Biden needs at least a few months focused on showing people that he and the Dems are fully focused on saving lives and rebuilding the economy.

Agree completely, I just assumed he would resign in the summer after all the court's decisions have been released for the current docket to ensure a smooth transition.
